Hello Borders Thailand Competition
BRIEF
Hello Magazine asked for an online competition form to be created to capture users entries and allow users to sign up to the Hello newsletter.
SOLUTION
Because the newsletter data is on another server we saved the competition data as individual XML documents. A further script combined these documents into a single Excel document that the Hello Magazine staff could go through checking the data and then supply to the newsletter company
To make the form a little more interesting I added some simple effects using the prototype javascript library. This was also used for better form validation
MY ROLE
Designed the micro-site and created the valid HTML. Also implemented the javascript effects
